                        Lights  -  take out lights on Child when soldiers enter!!!

                        Anita  -  Don’t forget the sweater

                        Costumes  -     DISTRESS THAT SWEATER SOME, PLEASE…

 

3.         “Children of Sanchez” -                  

                        Donna – you just can’t beat having a trumpet, and a good one at that,  thanks!!

 

4.         “Once Upon A Time” -                    

                        LIGHTS – KEEP HEAVEN LIT!!!!!!!!!!!

                        Cherubs – I like that better, keep it

                        Cast – this number really looks and sounds great.

 

5.         “The Fame” -

                        Minions  -  y’all go too far upstage, don’t     

                        Dan – it keeps getting better…          

 

6.         “All For One” -         

                        PROPS  - get a better map, looks like a numbers table of some sort

                        KIDS  -  WEAR YOUR DEELIE WOPPERS ALL OF ACT ONE

                        Town kids – don’t wear them when you are town kids

 

7.         “I Never Get What I Pray For” -   

                        Damiana – find your window

                        Gang – one of your better numbers

 

8.         “Cadillac”/ “Sympathy” -    

                        Lights  -  spot the Devil from the moment he enters.

                        Billy  - don’t “freeze” but limit your movements

9.         “Saved” -       

                        Drew – fix the trick, there are fire codes and all that…

                        Billy – “don’t be intimidated”

                        Billy, Anna – still more “we ain’t takin’ no **** from you” at the Devil

 

10.       “Are You Sure - Famous” -

                        Girls – you are pulling this off very well, thanks

                       

11.       “Livin’ La Vida Loca” -      

                        Traci – now that’s what I’m talkin’ about…

 

12.       “Feed The Birds” -   

                        Anna – thanks,  you’re a pro…

                        Kamala  - the audience is raving about your singing, keep it up       

                        Hannah, Ken – beautifully done, audience agrees    

                       

13.       “Il Colosso” -

                        Molly – deaths are getting better – you go girl!!

                        Cast  - thanks for saving this number; it’s now very fun to watch

                        Kate, Anita – more yet on separation

 

14.       “Young Martha” -   

                        Damiana – much better, thanks

                        Dan, Kelsey, Donna – shorten that whole end thing – see me

 

15.       “You’re Nothing Without Me” -     

                        Dancers – brush up on your steps

 

16.       “Little Girls” -          

                        Amber – need to hear your line better

                        KIDS  -  WEAR YOUR DEELIE WOPPERS ALL OF ACT ONE

                        Town kids – don’t wear them when you are town kids

 

17.       “Brotherhood of Man” –

                        Cast – very fun song and you’re having fun with it, keep it up        

 

18.       “What Are We Made Of” - 

                        Angel-aires  -  go over your dance please                  

 

19.       “I Still Haven’t Found” -     

                        Kate – get fully  up on platform, you’re in the dark sitting there

                        Cast – I could finally hear the aisle singers THANK YOU  THANK YOU

 

 

                                                             Act Two - Song List.

1.         “Saints/This Little Light”

                        Louie – enter sooner

                        Aisles – we have thousands of those beads – pass them out to everyone after you’re in place

 

2.         “Green Eggs and Ham” -    

                        Kate – some awesome facial expressions, you’re  doing great!!

                        Gang – better overall, I like the slower pace, we can understand it better

                        Gang – don’t throw the trash in trash cans, just inspect it for food and toss it back on the floor

 

3.         “Food, Glorious Food” -      

                        Kids – you nailed it!!!

                        Gang, Kids -  now if you want to inspect bags and cups for food and then throw in trash it’s okay

 

4.         “Let It Roll” –

                        Minions  -  y’all go too far upstage, don’t

                        Cast – I love the energy in this number – keep it up 

 

5.         “Rumble In Brighton” -                  

                        Louie – start your solo by pointing at the cops

                        Minions  -  y’all go too far upstage, don’t

                        Minions – the teens in the audience sit up and really watch!!!

 

6.         “Noche Sin Estrellas” -        

                        Traci, Dancers – absolutely epic.

                        Cast – too bad y’all won’t get to see this, it’s very moving…          

                        Dancers – you deserve every bit of extra applause you’re getting

 

7.         “We Gotta Get Out Of This Place” -                      

                        Kate – pay attention to Ed when he’s singing to you

                        Ted – GET MARRIED TO THAT TRASH CAN PLEASE!

                        Kids  -  y’all really sound good, all that rehearsal paid off

 

8.         “Castle On A Cloud” -         

                        Cherubs – “flow” more – see Debbie

                        Kate – you really nail this, thanks

                       

9.         “Confrontation” -                

                        Cast – this sent chills thru the audience – that’s what we want

                       

10.       “The Show Must Go On” -             

                        Drew – the trash can will be where it is supposed to be – see Ted’s note above

                        Dan – a little more revulsion/trepidation when the Devil “repairs” the contract

 

11.       “Freewill” -               

                        Billy – see Q

 

12.       “Show Me The Way” -                    

                        Kate, Dan – audience is in palm of your hands…

 

13.       “Your Brother In Soul” –

                        Drew – watch your voice – 3 performances to go yet…

 

14.       “And I Am Telling You” -   

                        Billy – “Truth Reveals” sign needs to “cause” angel to discard shawl

 

15.       “Misery” -     

                        Lights – too bright!!               

                        Drew – see me about Kate’s placement

 

16.       “Who Is This Child?” -        

                        Dan – this gets better and better

                        Dan – don’t stay behind Rachel as much

 

17.       “I’ll Lift My Head” -

                        Billy, Kate, Dan – SEE ME ABOUT THIS – VERY IMPORTANT

 

18.       “Curtain Call”** -    BEST EVER!!!

 

 

I would like to especially thank Dori and Kim who have done a magnificent job with the kids this year.  We could not have done this year’s show without them.
