Costume Parade 2010

The Child

· Arrival for Costume Parade at 8:45 a.m. Costume Parade begins at 9 a.m. and continues until we’re done (hopefully by 1:30 p.m.) Bring all costume items for which you are responsible.

· All cast members are required to attend Costume Parade unless specifically excused by the director.

· The schedule for actors or Krewes/Musical Numbers being seen will be posted in the dressing rooms, in the Hub and on the doors of the viewing room

· The schedule is subject to change depending on time, availability and or any problems that might arise.

· There will be a half-hour lunch break at approximately 12:15 p.m.

· There will be a men’s dressing room, a women’s dressing room and a viewing room. No one is allowed in the viewing room except for the director, the designer, the coordinator, the stage manager and the number/actors being viewed.

· NO ONE is allowed to touch, handle or play with any costumes that are not their own.

· Please help each other find things, change, get in line, etc. Costumers and Stage managers will be there to help.

· You may go home only if you are finished with all of your numbers and you are dismissed.
